The contracting authority has set up a Dynamic Purchasing System through which expulsions of foreigners by means of charter flights (provision of aircraft, crew, flight logistics etc) are to be called up. This contract notice is the English version of the contract notice 2020/S 189-456494: https://ted.europa.eu/udl?uri=TED:NOTICE:456494-2020:TEXT:DE:HTML&src=0. The contracting authority permitted Airbroker to participate in the the Dynamic Purchasing System by amending the tender notice issued on 19 February 2021 (the amended tender documents can be accessed via the Procurement Platform). The contracting authority will invite all interested parties who submit a complete Application to Participate via the Procurement Platform by 22 March 2021, 12.00 noon at the latest, and all entrepreneurs already admitted to the Dynamic Purchasing System to the Tender Stage after the deadline on 22 March 2021, 12.00 noon on the basis of the amdended tender documents.
