NAV in Vestfold and Telemark shall enter into a framework agreement for the training initiative Vocational and Norwegian language training for speakers of minority languages. The initiative Vocational and Norwegian language training for speakers of minority languages shall contribute to providing speakers of minority languages who are lacking Norwegian knowledge and lacking formal competence the necessary competence to get regular paid work/paid vocational training in a company. The objective of the training is to qualify each participant to become self sufficient through employment and in the long run enable the participant to achieve a certificate of apprenticeship. The training shall be implemented in Larvik.
