The Royal Hospital Donnybrook is seeking quotations for the internal painting and decorating of the entire hospital, to be implemented over a five year period.
The hospital building has been divided into ten zones of varying size as indicated in the enclosed diagram, and detailed in the descriptive table.
It is envisaged that at least two of these zones will be allocated to the successful tenderer each year, subject to ability of the hospital to allocate the required resources. These zones include in-patient wards, residential bedrooms, en-suite rooms, day rooms, kitchenettes, stairways, hospital corridors and administrative offices. Where relevant, ground floor areas include staircases up to and including the related landings and lobbies on the 1st floor level.
