II.1.4) Trumpas aprašymas:

The Norwegian Public Roads Administration would like to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of climate and environmental services. The objective of the procurement is to meet the contracting authority’s climate and environmental obligations.
The framework agreement is split into five sub-contracts, according to professional disciplines.
• Sub-contract A: Life cycle analyses
• Sub-contract B: Climate
• Sub-contract C: Nature diversity
• Sub-contract D: Noise - mapping and measure reviews
• Sub-contract E: Noise - new knowledge
Tenderers can submit tenders for one or several sub-contract(s). Each sub-contract will be evaluated individually, based on the award criteria given under requirements/criteria in the tender management system (KGV).
The contract period is 2 years from the date that both parties sign the contract.
The contracting authority has the option to extend the contract for one year + one year so that the total possible contract duration is four years.
