II.1.4) Trumpas aprašymas:

Blending is defined as the strategic use of a limited amount of grants to mobilize non-grant resources from partner Financial Institutions and the private and/or public sector, for enhanced development impact of investment projects. The EU has two blending facilities for the Latin American and Caribbean region, LAIF and CIF.
While the two Facilities are managed independently, have independent pipelines and some variety in sectors of concentration, both are managed by the same team in INTPA B1, share their main objectives and could benefit from a shared presence in social media and at regional events and a common monitoring system.
In order to maximise strategic alignment and synergies between the two facilities, and to share knowledge and tools, it has been decided to contract a common Technical Assistance.
