Ørsted Bioenergy & Thermal Power A/S (Ørsted) is in the market for 2x15 MW Heat Pump Systems and therefore are looking for information on how to structure a possible future tender.
The purpose of this request is to understand how the best possible tender can be arranged both for Ørsted and the suppliers according to the EC regulations.
The purpose of the acquisition is to establish two heat pumps each with a heating capacity of 15 MW. The heat pumps shall deliver hot water for district heating. The heat source is sea water.
