In connection with an upcoming EU-tender for Project Energy Island North Sea and Project Energy Island Bornholm, Energinet has decided to enter into a market dialogue with the insurance broker market to identify and better the understanding of insurance broker services. The upcoming EU-Tender will not include any operational insurances. Energinet emphasizes that tenderer must have license according to 19/10/2020 S203 https://ted.europa.eu/TED 1 / 3 OJ/S S203 19/10/2020 494656-2020-EN 2 / 3 finanstilsynet to engage and carry out insurance advisory services. Energinet will award exclusivity on the insurance broker services for Project Energy Island North Sea and Project Energy Island Bornholm in the agreement in the construction phase. The upcoming EU-Tender expects to include analysis, placement of CAR insurance, ad hoc service/day to day and claims handling during the construction phase.
