II.1.4) Trumpas aprašymas:

The Norwegian Coastal Administration would like tender offers for specified ongoing cleaning services at 7 separate contract areas ranging from Arendal in the south to Vardø in the north. The contracts will cover the premises' total need for daily cleaning, fixed periodical cleaning, main cleaning services and additional services.
The procurement covers buildings of approx. 13,000 m² divided among 7 contract areas (lots) and includes office locations, large buildings, testing facilities and rota flats. Some office locations are defined as security areas.
There may be changes to the buildings, including new buildings, buildings that are sold or demolished, or buildings where internal cleaning (i.e. cleaning carried out by the contracting authority itself) is stopped or taken over by external cleaning. The changes can affect the cleaning areas in the contract period. Small new cleaning objects can be integrated in the cleaning area of the relevant geographical area.
