This competition relates to a Multi-Party Framework Agreement (Cascade System), which once established entitles the successful tenderers to be considered for all contracts within the defined scope of the framework agreement. This will involve the Contracting Authority approaching the highest-ranked framework member with the work in question. If unavailable, the next ranked framework member will be approached. On signing of the framework agreement, the successful tenderers will then be referred to as “framework members”. The provision of temporary agency staff within the Houses of the Oireachtas Catering Facilities as and when required.
