To procure CDN services for the years 2023 - 2029 Yleisradio Oy is is asking suitable candidates to apply for the bidding competition, which is carried out as a negotiated procedure.
Yle is looking for experienced candidates that can deliver reliable and efficient services. CDN services under the scope of this procurement cover all Yle's needs for content delivery in Internet, for example Yle Areena streaming.
The object and targets of the procurement is described in appendix 1 of this invitation to participate. A description of negotiated procurement procedure is given in appendix 2. The suitability requirements are described in the ESPD of this invitation to participate and the candidate shall give additional information of references on appendix 3.
A framework agreement of maximum of six years will be established with at most three suppliers.
