The contest concerns entry into a parallel framework agreement (The Framework Agreement) for assistance from an environment consultant (RIM)

in the contracting authority's projects. The framework agreement covers research work, design and consultancy assignments.

The purpose of the framework agreement is to ensure that throughout the entire contract period the contracting authority has access to

assistance from RIM with relevant competence to cover the contracting authority's ongoing need for RIM services.
