Operations and maintenance contract for a welfare technology platform and established patient signalling system
The municipality currently has an existing technical infrastructure and system for localisation technology from Sensio AS that has been tried and adapted for use in the service. In order to ensure predictable operation for institutions with pre-established Sensio systems, it is necessary to move the underlying software platform over to a cloud system.
The municipality intends to enter into a contract with Sensio for the operation of Sensio Unity on the cloud, as well as further operation of all existing Sensio systems in the municipality. Fredrikstad municipality considers the transition to a cloud system to be an exemption from the rules in the PPA/PPR. This is pursuant to the Public Procurement Regulations § 13-4 letter b, points 2 and 3.
