Negotiated procedure for repetition of similar services resulting in an addendum of contract 2022/440-418:

(1) Management of efficient Europe House network – To ensure sound management of the network of Europe

Houses and EU Info Points (EUIPs) and EU Info Relays (EUIs) through delivery of high-quality content related

to the EU and of interest for the young people of North Macedonia and the Western Balkans;

(2) Thematic campaigning and communication about the European Union – To raise public awareness among

the citizens of North Macedonia about the European Union (incl. but not limited to its values, policies, assistance

and programmes) and assist EU Delegation's public diplomacy activities under the “EU with YOU” branding (or

further upgrade to “EU is YOU” in case of start of accession negotiations) for the years 2023-2026.
