The Norwegian Hospital Procurement Trust [Sykehusapotekene HF] intends to enter into a framework agreement with ApoEx AB for aseptic production of a closed system for the administration of antibiotics.
The Norwegian Hospital Procurement Trust [Sykehusapotekene HF (SAHF)] currently has a framework agreement with Baxter AS in Sweden for contract production services for ready-to-use antibiotic mixtures based on the patented concept Vial-Mate, which belongs to Baxter International Inc. The framework agreement has now been terminated by Baxter AS, which has decided to sell this part of its business to the company ApoEx AB. As a result of the aforementioned business transfer, SAHF needs to enter into a new framework agreement for the corresponding contract production services for Vial-Mate with the new contractual partner ApoEx AB. This procurement is planned to be made as a direct procurement.
