Randaberg municipality, Sola municipality and Sandnes municipality, hereinafter called the Contracting Authority, are preparing a framework agreement for the purchase of new office furniture, delivery and assembly of furniture for nurseries.

The aim of the framework agreement is to cover the Contracting Authority´s need for new furniture for nurseries. The framework agreement shall ensure the Contracting Authority access to environmentally friendly nursery furniture of high quality, focusing on sustainability, timeless design and suitability for use in nurseries.

The anticipated start date for the framework agreement is in July 2023. The duration of the framework agreements is two years, with an option for the contracting authority to extend for a further one year + one year. The total contract value for the framework agreement (4 years) is expected to be approx. NOK 6.1 million excluding VAT.

The contracting authority would like to have a good dialogue with the market, so that the contest can be held in the best possible way. We would, therefore, like to receive your feedback on the different points in the market survey. The feedback will be important so that the contracting authority can get an overview of the market situation.
