Trøndelag County and affiliated municipalities and other entities in Trøndelag would like to enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of light sources.
The framework agreement is for the delivery of:
- LED Compact fluorescent tubes
- LED T8 Fluorescent tubes
- LED T5 Fluorescent tubes
- LED Light panels
- LED Downlights
- LED Pendulum lights
- Miscellaneous 
The contract also includes building inspections including photometry, needs analyses, identification of improvement possibilities, assistance with professional organisation of order lists, and consultancy on energy efficiency and environmentally friendly light sources.
This contract does not include: 
- Building projects where light sources and fixtures are included in the contract
- Light sources that require electrical installations that are procured under a separate contract for electrician services
- Batteries and LED fixtures such as desk lights and emergency light fixtures as these are included in another framework agreement.
