This Call for Expressions of Interest aims to establish a Council of Europe list of remunerated external consultants to use as a reference point for particular needs arising in the upcoming years. The expertise required will contribute to meeting the following needs: supporting CoE projects in particular in the area of promoting gender equality, women empowerment and combating violence against women in CoE member and non-member states, contributing to the monitoring work of the CoE Group of Independent Experts on Action against Violence against Women and Domestic Violence (GREVIO), supporting the policy work of the Council of CoE Gender Equality Division.
