The purpose of the framework agreement is to identify important risk factors and recommend how Boligbygg's interests can be ensured to the greatest possible extent. The support with contracting procedures shall include the entire contract period from the time of negotiation to relevant legal issues following the acquisition of the real estate agency and/or the property. The supplier must have very good legal expertise in real estate affairs, as well as possess commercial market expertise for the purchase and sale of real estate agencies to evaluate whether a transaction is in accordance with market price. The provider must be able to carry out a comprehensive due diligence where tax and VAT assessments are included.
