Finavia grants possession of business premises for an Operator specializing in offering F&B products at Oulu Airport and Turku Airport. The tender consists of two airports, whom both have business locations before (“landside”) and after the security check (“airside”). The tenderer may offer only on both the airports, and can be awarded agreement on both the airports, respectively.

The F&B units shall be open for the potential customers on departing commercial flights.

The premises at Oulu Airport consist of a primary airside restaurant and a secondary landside cafeteria, both equipped with kitchen facilities.

The premises at Turku Airport consist of a landside cafeteria with kitchen facilities, an airside cafeteria, as well as another airside cafeteria in the Low Cost Carrier (LCC) terminal T21 downstairs.

The premises being tendered are at the heart of Finavia’s vision to offer world-class services for passengers, as they are the prime locations of the airports, and because F&B services play a crucial role in the overall passenger experience.
