The contest is cancelled, ref. the PPR § 25-4. Only one tender was received in the contest, and the contest is therefore cancelled due to a lack of competition. The contracting authority will make some changes to the contest and announce a new contest as soon as possible.
Åmot Municipality intends to enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of laundry services and has limited the contest to companies or programmes whose main purpose is to integrate disabled or disadvantaged persons into employment. This only applies when at least 30 percent of the employees in the organisation or the programme have a disability or are disadvantaged, c.f. PPR § 16-9.
