Trøndelag County hereby invites tenderers to an open tender contest in connection with the procurement of estate agency services.
The agreement has an estimated value of approximately NOK 1 - 1.5 million excluding VAT per year, i.e. NOK 4 - 6 million excluding VAT for the entire agreement period excluding VAT. The estimated contract value is for information only, and the contracting authority is not bound by it. The contracting authority´s need can vary from year to year. The maximum contract value during the agreement period is NOK 8 million excluding VAT.
The agreement is valid from 01.09.2023 to 31.08.2025. The framework agreement period will be for two (2) calendar years at the start-up. The contracting authority then has a unilateral option to extend the contract for up to one (1) year plus one (1) year, for a maximum total length of four (4) years.
