The object of this concession is to have best-in-class bookstores offering excellent service and products at Helsinki Airport. The offering in the unit shall include a strong and well selected product offering mainly consisting of books, newspapers and magazines with an opportunity to provide some complimentary retail products.
Finavia grants possession of two (2) business premises, “Units”, located at the Schengen airside of Helsinki Airport, to an Operator specializing in offering bookstore atmosphere and products. The unit shall be open to all potential customers during the joint opening hours of the commercial services at the airport. Well selected product offering as well as excellent customer service provided by a highly skilled and dedicated staff combined with pleasant ambiance and coherent design of the premises create the type of additional value to the Helsinki Airport and its customers that is searched for.
