II.1.4) Trumpas aprašymas:

The Norwegian Defence Logistics Organisation (NDLO) [Forsvarets Logistikkorganisasjon (FLO)] is responsible for entering into framework agreements on behalf of the Norwegian Armed Forces for, amongst other things, tools, workshop materiel, workwear, protective clothing and protective equipment. NDLO is planning to procure a framework agreement for this scope of delivery. The framework agreement will also include other entities in the defence sector. Further details regarding participation from other entities, the estimated value and duration of the framework agreement will be clarified in an announcement.
At present, the procurement is planned to be carried out as a tender contest with negotiations in accordance with the PPA and PPR part III, with an announcement date of August/September 2023.
The framework agreement will include product area no. 1 - tools and workshop materiel, and product area no. 2 – workwear, protective clothing and protective equipment.
