Supply of two Deformable Mirrors for the instrument

MORFEO, the Adaptive Optics module for the ELT telescope.

Design, production, assembly, integration, verification at the supplier’s premises

as well as delivery and commissioning of Mirrors at the INAF Integration Hall in Bologna (Italy).

Contract developed in two phases. The first phase is dedicated to the final design and

and starting of early procurements for Long Lead Items. The maximum cost for the first phase is € 3.500.000,00. The second phase (subject to approval of the final design) is dedicated to the

completion of purchases, realization and supplies of mirrors. The maximum cost for the second phase is € 11.500.000,00.

Maximum contract duration: 57 months from the signature of the contract.
