The contracting authority invites tenderers to a tender contest for 'Rental of flats in Narvik for hospital employees' The invitation to tender is carried out on behalf of the University Hospital Trust of North Norway (UNN HF).
The aim of the procurement is to enter into contracts for renting a total of 16 residential units for employees at UNN HF, including a total of 14 studio/2-room flats and two 3-room flats. UNN HF rents all residences for sub-letting to its employees for both short term and long term rent. Employees are to be understood as personnel who have their workplace at UNN HF or have another connection to UNN HF.
