The subject of this tender is the Design / Manufacturing / Testing / Transport & Delivery of 70kV concrete poles, including metallic accessories for 1/1 replacement purposes (1 lot). 2 Frameworks agreements with a main-supplier and a qualified back-up should be in place starting Feb 2024. Metal accessories are to be produced inhouse or subcontracted to a qualified suppliers with the Intellectual rights of the metallic accessories being transferred to Elia. The scope excludes unloading on site which is to be conducted by the erecting company. The minimum guarantee is 10 years. The framework agreement should cover needs of specific projects in case new projects come up. At the moment there is a steady need for around 20 poles/year.
