Sunnfjord Municipality would like to enter into service contracts in order to offer user-controlled personal assistance (BPA) by free choice. The contracting authority hereby invites tenderers to apply for award of concession for the provision of assistance hours in the BPA scheme (user controlled personal assistance) for users in the municipality.

The scheme works so that all tenderers who meet certain service concession terms after applying, are allowed to offer user-controlled personal assistance services for the contracting authority.
- All tenderers that fulfil the concession terms and minimum requirements will have their concession granted.
- Only those tenderers that have their application for a concession granted can provide the services for users for the contracting authority.
- A tenderer who has been granted a concession will be able to provide services to the users who choose the tenderer in question.
- There is no procurement obligation for the contracting authority.
