The objective of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority's continuing need for consultancy assistance for communication services.
The services that are to be provided include, amongst other things, communication services in printed and digital/social media, consultancy and knowledge on efficient use of different media/platforms (including new media/platforms), graphical design, campaigns on different platforms, film and video production, and photos. 
The estimated value of the framework agreement is NOK 13.1 million. The maximum contract value is NOK 29.6 million.
