The following services will be purchased in two separate lots where providers can differ. Firstly, high-throughput sequencing for Whole Genome sequencing (WGS), Whole Genome Bisulfite Sequencing (WGBS), and RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) services. Secondly, circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) sequencing services including DNA extraction, and high-throughput sequencing for whole-genome shallow sequencing (sWGS) and whole-exome sequencing (WES). All services should include quality control measurements and library preparations.

In the first part, estimated samples per year for WGS is 100-200, for RNA-seq 100-150 and for WGBS ~50. These samples are provided as extracted DNA and RNA. In the second part, we estimate to sequence ~80 samples for sWGS and ~40 for WES per year. Since these plasma samples are provided before extraction and may have too low amount of DNA, extraction is needed for ~150 samples per year.

The study is part of an ongoing EU project DECIDER led by Professor Sampsa Hautaniemi at the University of Helsinki. The project builds on existing data received from previous sequencing for this project which was produced according to the procedures described in the invitation to tender section VI.4) Other information: "Content of the services", and thus the sequencing data purchased from the service provider(s) should be compatible with these data types.
