II.1.4) Trumpas aprašymas:

The objective of this Technical Assistance operation is to provide the Government of Ukraine and as well as other Ukrainian agencies or utilities with on-site advisory support. Experts deployed will advise their counterparts in the priorisation, preparation and implementation of JASPERS supported infrastructure projects financed by the EU, EIB, or other international financial institutions (IFIs). Key sectors to be supported include transport, energy and social housing. Additional sectors include environment and agriculture, digital transformation, municipal infrastructure and health. Experts mobilised will also provide transversal support through support to the Public Investment Management System and training and capacity building measures. The team of 3 key experts will be based in Kiev. Additional non-key experts will be mobilised to work in Kiev as well.
