II.1.4) Trumpas aprašymas:

Narvik municipality intends to enter into a contract with UNN Narvik for the procurement of 40 hospital beds for the co-localised municipal The Health Centre. The contract for these beds is being assessed by the contracting authority to be part of a public cooperation, where the exception in the procurement regulations § 3-3 will be used. The concrete beds shall contribute to seamless transfer of patients between the hospital and the health centre, joint automated bed washing and unbroken bed logistics between health centres and hospitals so that public assignments be carried out for a common goal and exclusively by public interests. In addition the contract entered into is a unusually advantageous offer for Narvik municipality, as the tender from UNN Narvik are considerably below normal market prices. This means that also exceptions from the procurement regulations § 5-2, letter b, can be pleaded.
