The Norwegian Public Roads Administration c/o the Inspection Department (henceforth referred to as the Contracting Authority) requests tenders for testing/testing vehicles in accordance with the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2018/858 (hereafter called the Vehicle Regulation) art. 8 no. 2. The objective of the procurement is to fulfil the Norwegian Public Roads Administration's obligations as a market supervisory authority in accordance with the vehicle regulation.
