This voluntary ex-ante transparency VEAT notice acknowledges that Trinity College Dublin proposes to place a contract with Oxford Instruments GmbH to carryout an upgrade to the controller on our Oxford Asylum Atomic Force microscope. This contract includes the replacement of the AFM controller (trade-in & return) with ARC3 Controller and Cabling, AFM workstation to include Windows 11 OS, AR License Dongle,AR19 (or higher) SPM Software and all required system firmware update services to existing AFM. The date of conclusion of the contract is expected to take place no sooner than 30th of October 2024.
