The contracting authority would like to enter into a joint procurement agreement for the hire of loose and fixed mats for Oslo municipality. The agreement comprises loose and fixed mats where loose mats are wanted to be replaced with clean mats in accordance with the contract ́s replacement frequency. Fixed mats shall be assembled and replaced in accordance with the contract ́s replacement frequency.
