II.1.4) Trumpas aprašymas:

The municipalities of Alver, Aurland, Austrheim, Austevoll, Fedje, Gulen, Masfjorden, Modalen, Osterøy, Samnanger, Sveio, Tysnes and Vaksdal have established a joint ICT operational company, IKT Nordhordland municipal co-operation (IKTNH). This enquiry is mainly for: Procurement of a new system for the management, operation and maintenance of municipal buildings. The aim of this procurement is to procure future orientated systems for the management, operation and maintenance of municipal buildings. The buildings include i.a. administration buildings, schools, nurseries, sheltered accommodation flats, nursing homes, social housing and other buildings that help ensure the municipal services. The procurement of the MOM system shall also safeguard the municipalities ́ daily operations, including document handling, control and reporting functions in property management, as well as handling rental properties and buildings. The system shall be used in connection with handling deviations, so that the users of the buildings can register deviations that can directly be connected to the building/property. Furthermore, the system must be able to take care of integration with other systems, for example, project follow-up and the financial system. The new systems shall provide direct and indirect savings in the form of simplifying, making processes more efficient and automated, as well as providing a better overview of buildings and maintenance needs. The new system shall be experienced simple, accessible and stable for continual operation. The contracting authority expects new technologies for automation and artificial intelligence to give changes in how the service production will take place in the future. The tenderer shall be a facilitator for integrations of the current and future systems. The systems shall interact with current and future solutions, both internally in the municipalities and externally with other collaboration partners. Metadata and documents shall be continually archived to our free-standing archive core. The system shall always support national common functions, joint components and integration components.
