The German Aerospace Center, acting for its Flight Experiments Facility intends to award a frame agreement for maintenance services relating to the research aircraft (here: Cessna Grand Caravan 208B / D-FDLR) over a period of four (4) years. The general tasks of the maintenance services are based on the “Maintenance Due Lists” from DLR´s CAMO: - Aircraft Make: Textron Aviation - Aircraft Model: Cessna Grand Caravan 208B - Aircraft Serial No.: 208B0708 - Airworthiness Date: 22. October 1998 - Engines: 1x Pratt & Whitney PT6A-114A S/N: PCE-PC0615 The Cessna 208B Grand Caravan, registration D-FDLR, the smallest research aircraft at the DLR site in Oberpfaffenhofen, is a single-engine turboprop aircraft that is primarily used for remote sensing, in-situ atmospheric research and the training of future scientists in aerospace engineering and meteorology. Between campaigns, maintenance events must be carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.
