Avinor intends to enter into a contract with Geodata AS for technical software for the ELA contract (Enterprise License Agreement) for ESRI products, ArcGIS Server and ArcGIS Online, with the accompanying modules. In addition there are services from Geodata, with Norwegian adaptations. The agreement includes licences, software and maintenance. Geodata AS has sole right to the license agreement for the ESRI products. The current agreement expires and a new contract is required. The new contract will be valid for 3 years. The contract is estimated to have a value of NOK 11 million per annum. See the utilities regulations § 9-3 letter b) alternative 3 Through the agreement with GEODATA AS, the contracting authority has access to licences and services for operation and user support for the ESRI products used to develop and adapt systems to support the delivery of several critical services. The tenderer has sole right to sales of licences and licence expansions for the ESRI products. It is not possible to receive other suppliers on this software.
