The Norwegian Government Security and Service Organisation (DSS) invites suppliers to a dialogue in the form of one-to-one meetings between the contracting authority and the service provider. In order to ensure good management information in the company, a procurement is planned for a digital system for performance management. The system shall be procured as software. The objective of the supplier dialogue is to gain greater insight into what systems are available in the market regarding the system for performance management. One-to-one meetings will be held Tuesday 10 December 2024. We prefer physically conducting the meetings, with a dialogue possible via Teams. The dialogue meetings will last for up to 90 minutes. The deadline for registering your interest via EU-Supply to participate in one-to-one meetings is Thursday 5 December 2024 by 12:00. The deadline for submitting the presentation via EU-Supply is Monday 9 December 2024 by 12:00. Other information and details of the dialogue can be found in the invitation that is attached. Questions, if any, shall be submitted via EU-Supply. Tenderers who are invited to dialogue meetings will be awarded the meeting date 10 December 2024 between 09:00-14:30 (meetings last up to 90 minutes). Tenderers who do not participate in the market dialogue will not be excluded from submitting a tender after publication of the competition. Physical dialogue meetings will take place in the centre of Oslo. Tenderers who shall participate in the dialogue meetings will be given the meeting place.
