II.1.4) Trumpas aprašymas:

The contract shall ensure a well-groomed trail network for cross country skiing to be used for Meråker sixth form college, the sport and the general public. The track network connected to Grova ski centre is included in this contract. Meråker sixth form college has first priority for driving the different training tracks on all week days. A description of which tracks are included in annex 1 of this contract. All tracks shall be available to the general public and the sports teams. The trails shall as a main rule be run by 08:00. Maskintråkk AS shall prepare cross country tracks within the contract ́s economic limits. The runways shall be run with GPS and will be available on the service www.Skisporet.no or equivalent services. Meråker municipality and Trøndelag county have assessed and examined the market and believe that it is only Maskintråkk AS who can provide this service in the geographical area. Meråker municipality and Trøndelag county therefore intend to enter into a contract with the mentioned tenderer for 4 years, with an automatic extension for 1 year at a time if neither party requires the renegotiated.
