      Isavia is seeking a strong partner to operate scheduled passenger buses to/from Keflavík International Airport. Through this initiative, we aim to enhance the attractiveness, efficiency, and environmental sustainability of bus services between KEF and the capital area. For this opportunity, Isavia is seeking to develop a Quality Bus Product (“Q-bus”) that offers a high level of service and aligns with our customer experience and sustainability goals. The operator will be required to adhere to the service levels detailed in this RFP. The operator will also initiate a transition to vehicles that use renewable fuel sources during the contract term. In return, the operator will enjoy privileged access to our rapidly growing customer base. This includes exclusive access to a Quality Bus Area in the forecourt, the exclusive right to operate in the baggage hall and a highly visible location in the arrival hall. The successful bidder for this tender will be an official airport partner and can use the official partner logo in all its marketing materials. A contract will be negotiated for four (4) years, with an optional up to one-year extension, commencing in May 2025.
