ΗRADF is launching an international tender process in two phases for the concession of cruise activities in sections of the port of Katakolon, Patras (old port) and Kavala (central port "Apostolos Pavlos"). The tender consists of two Lots: (a) Lot 1 of the tender concerns the concession of the right to use, maintain, operate, and exploit the Katakolon Port, with cruise activity being the primary focus and with the minimum duration of the concession being thirty (30) years and the sub-concession of the right to use, maintain, operate, and exploit a section of the port of Patras exclusively for cruise activity and with the minimum duration of the sub-concession being thirty (30) years. (b) Lot 2of the tender concerns the sub-concession of the right to use, maintain, operate, and exploit a section of the (passenger) central port of Kavala 'Apostolos Pavlos" exclusively for cruise activity, with the minimum duration of the sub-concession being thirty (30) years. During phase A the interested parties, natural persons or legal entities, or private equity firms or funds or consortia or joint ventures or groups of legal and/or natural persons and/or private equity firms and/or funds shall express their interest by submitting a relevant non- binding written letter according to the provisions of the Invitation for expression of interest. Purpose of phase A is to select and invite to participate in Phase B, the Interested Parties that meet the prequalification criteria according to the Invitation for expression of interest, following HRADF's evaluation of the submitted expressions of interest separately for each Lot of the tender. The Interested Parties may submit an expression of interest for Lot 1 or for Lot 2 or for both Lots of the Tender. At Phase B' the Pre-selected Investors will submit their Binding Offers for the Lot or the Lots for which the have been pre-selected, aiming at the selection of the Preferred Investor or Investors.
