This framework agreement is for the delivery of charging infrastructure to Sarpsborg municipality and Halden municipalities. Cars that use fossile fuel shall be gradually phased out until 2030 and replaced by emission-free vehicles. The delivery concerns the operation of current locations and the establishment of new. The framework agreement shall cover the need for charging in public places, as well as charging service vehicles.
