The municipal engineering needs a pre-system for its services. The tenderer has terminated the current agreement and the municipalities must procure a new system. It is considered that it is most appropriate with a general system that can be delivered in all disciplines. The disciplines concerned are property fees, water and sewage, sweeping services, sludge, maps and sanitation. We have examined the market and find that only NorKart can deliver a comprehensive pre-system for municipal engineering services, and we intend to enter into a contract with NorKart during February. This applies to Levanger, Verdal, Steinkjer, Snåsa and Inderøy municipalities. The municipalities will then enter into an ongoing service contract which will also apply when NorKart can provide the services for cloud services. Innherred Renovasjon is included as an option, as it would be appropriate to use a system that can interact with the municipalities for which they are the contracting authorities. This option will possibly be taken up by 31.12.2026.
