Øygarden municipality intends to sign a contract with Acos AS for the upgrading of Acos Websak and accompany modular for the latest version. The contract includes cloud operation, maintenance and user support connected to ACOS WebSak with accompanying modular. This is an upgrade of the excisting case and archive system delivered in a new delivery model. In the new delivery model ACOS AS will take responsibility for all services connected to both the operation of the platform and the licence. The excisting contract with Acos will be replaced when the upgrades are in place. There are no other suppliers who can migrate our existing Aco case and archive system from server to cloud licence together with the services that the tenderer offers on the operation of the system, cf. § 13-4 b no.2.
