Østfold Hospital shall construct a radiation and somatic building at Kalnes as an expansion of the existing buildings. Project triggering factor for the development is the hospital ́s need for expansion of somatic capacity and the establishment of decentralised radiotherapy treatment for cancer patients. The project shall also include a new helicopter location suitable for both the rescue and ambulance helicopters. This procurement is for an agreement for architect and consultancy services. The project consists of two phases: preliminary project and implementation phase.
