Request for Information: Gambling reform causes changes in the IT system solution needs of the gambling regulatory authorities Description of procurement This request for information aims to explore available market solutions that can be utilized in implementing changes in operational models resulting from the reform of Finnish gambling regulation. The objective of the request for information is to identify potential off-the-shelf software solutions for the needs of the gambling regulatory authorities and to understand the supplier's capabilities in developing systems, ensuring that any subsequent tenders or procurements can be carried out in the most appropriate manner. A more detailed description can be found in the attached document Annex 1. In the request for information, please complete and return Annex 2. Responses to the request for information are requested to be submitted by March 26, 2025, at 16:15 via email to kirjaamo.vm@gov.fi. We ask that you include the reference number VN/7272/2025 and your company name in the subject line of the response email. Additionally, we request that you answer the questions in the same order and with the same numbering as in the attached document. The Ministry of Finance may invite suppliers to additional discussions regarding this request for information to acquire sufficient information about the market and relevant solutions and services offered by suppliers, as well as to clarify questions related to the procurement. If your response contains business and trade secrets or other confidential information, we ask that you clearly specify and mark such information accordingly.
