II.1.4) Trumpas aprašymas:

The competition is for a framework agreement for the delivery of PLS and PLS equipment, including the delivery of necessary services and equipment to Asker municipality, the Water and Sewage entity - hereafter called the contracting authority. The work also includes maintenance services that are regulated in a separate contract. The work will mainly involve replacing PLCs in connection with upgrading of the existing water and sewage installations to new, coordinated equipment level, but also some deliveries to new water and sewage installations. It is planned to replace the PLS system at up to 50 stations during a 5 year period and a further 20 stations will be established/renovated by 2032. The actual number may be somewhat lower. The procurement ́s value is estimated to: NOK 7,000,000 excluding VAT per annum. The maximum value for the entire contract period, including any options and expected price rise: NOK 70,000,000 excluding VAT. The need is uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down and the contract period will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority ́s needs, activities, budgetary situations and other framework factors. The contracting authority reserves the right to make minor, not significant changes to this basis before tenderers are invited to submit a tender.
