. Aanleiding In 2019 heeft de apotheek van het UMCG een Europese aanbesteding afgerond waarin de groothandelsfunctie centraal stond. Het contract wat daaruit voortvloeide loopt in kwartaal 1 van 2026 af en daarom wordt er een nieuwe aanbesteding opgestart. Het doel van deze marktconsultatie is om, voorafgaand aan een formele Europese aanbestedingsprocedure - geheel vrijblijvend - met volledige openbaarheid en zonder verplichtingen, de markt te consulteren over een aantal belangrijke aspecten van het hierboven omschreven project en de kenmerken van de markt waarin deze dienstverlening zich bevindt.
