The competition is for the procurement of a new ERP system for Horten municipality. The municipality wishes to procure an overall, future orientated and innovative ERP system. The purpose of procuring a comprehensive system is to: - Simplify and digitise daily routines - Contribute to reduce the number of double registrations - Can merge several services into one overall system, if this is economically beneficial and practically appropriate The tenderer of the mentioned service should have a strong focus on making the municipality ́s work processes more efficient, and a new ERP system shall support this. The system shall have good and open integration between the administrative systems, not to mention the trade systems in the municipality. The tenderer must intend to use new technology that can contribute to making the municipality ́s work flow more efficient. The municipality will not be bound to use all functionality that is requested and offered. The value of the procurement is estimated to be above the EEA threshold.
