Vygruppen AS is considering acquiring a software based solution to assist us in our sustainability efforts. The procurement is planned to be carried out during 2025.
In connection with the aforementioned procurement, we would like to gather updated information about the market for solutions that can meet our needs. Therefore, we wish to invite the market to dialogue meetings on the following dates:
- Tuesday, May 13th
- Thursday, May 15th
The procurement will meet Vygruppens need for a data system capable of calculating greenhouse gas emissions from various data sources, with options for traceability and internal control. Furthermore, the system should be able to analyze historical trends and various KPIs for climate emissions (for example, through a dashboard). We would also like to assess a system where internal and external contributors to the climate accounts can receive automatic forms to be filled out, along with reminders. If the data system can collect other types of data, such as text requests, this would also be useful to know about. If you offer a solution with support for other areas of sustainability work/reporting as well, such as supplier follow-up/Transparancy Act, we are interested in receiving more information on this too.
It is also useful for Vy to know which companies in your customer portfolio are using the system, the time it takes to implement the solution, as well as the costs associated with both implementation and the annual operation of the system.
The dialogue meetings are planned to be conducted with one supplier at a time. In such meetings, we would like a presentation of your system/solutions. The insights gained from these dialogue meetings will be used in the work to develop a potential future tender basis. The presentations you provide and the information shared in the meeting will be treated confidentially.
We kindly request feedback on which of the mentioned dates your company would be available for a meeting. If you can attend on more than one of the suggested dates, please indicate that as well. We will contact you further with a date and time for the dialogue meeting.
Responses regarding participation in dialogue meetings must be submitted in the procurement portal no later than May 6th, 2025.
